House of Frames has been in the picture framing and art business for over 30 years. During that time, through our 60 plus retail locations, we accumulated thousands of limited edition collector prints, open edition prints, posters, and related items. Almost all of the items we offer for sale on eBay were originally purchased by us directly from the publisher/manufacturer.
We have tried to put all of the specific information about the items we sell in the item listings, including descriptions about the print and biographical information about the artist.

Payment terms: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card as well as money orders and personal checks are accepted. We NO LONGER accept PayPal - payments made through Paypal that do not get deposited into our bank account will not be considered made at all. We have tried to remove references to Paypal from our listings, but eBay re-inserts them.
Items will be shipped on receipt of payment, although we will hold shipment on personal checks until they have cleared our bank.
Please make payment arrangements within 3 business days of auction end. When sending payment, we ask that you include the item name (preferred over the number) and your eBay user name.
Shipping and insurance for prints will be $9.50 for rolled shipping and $25 for flat (for shipments to the lower 48 states.). Shipments to other destinations will be more and can be determined once the auction has ended. Additional prints can be combined for shipping for only $2.00 each (whether rolled or flat). Check out our other auctions to save on shipping. Shipping of C.D.’s, video tapes, and signature cards is $4 with an additional $1 for combining other C.D.’s/videos; C.D.’s/videos cannot be combined with prints for shipping purposes.
We strive to ship purchases the day we receive payment (if possible) if shipping to a street address.
Return policy: If you receive an item that is significantly different than the description or photo shown in the listing, we will certainly exchange the item for you. Because the photos we post are not taken by professionals, slight variations in color, hue, or contrast between the photo and the print should be expected and are not considered "significantly different."
Texas buyers must add 8¼% sales tax for the price of the print(s) to the transaction.
