About Free_Marketeer Thanks for looking at my auctions. I do eBay as a hobby but I will be as professional as I can in working with you. If you ever have a problem, please be sure to let me know about it. I follow the Golden Rule. I want your eBay experience with me to be completely satisfactory. I ship items the day after payment in most cases. Items are sold with either fixed shipping and handling or calculated shipping. On most items I include a packing fee of $2-$5 or more. I ship almost everything USPS First Class, Parcel Post, or Media Mail. I don't like to use UPS because they have damaged too many items and in my experience don't pay off on their insurance. I have had four claims and not once did I get any money out of them. My auctions are primarily Antiques, Winemaking accoutrements, Computers, Consumer Electronics, Professional Quality Outdoor Equipment, and Collectibles. I use most of these products myself so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask. If you need additional photos or information please ask. If I have a mistake in my listing I will make corrections as possible or in severe cases end the item. CONDITION: I test every item to the extent possible in the time available. I will tell you how the item is as best I can. I will never find an item broken and then report it as "untested". If I do report an item as "untested" it is because I lack the skills, resources, or time to test it. In cases of certain collectibles there are specific grading standards. If I use these standards I will make my best effort to be accurate. In all cases the photograph is the final determination of condition or specific identification. Please "Ask Seller a Question" if you need more information. REFUNDS: All sales are final. Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained prior to return shipping items. NON-RECEIPT OF PACKAGE: I ship electronically and purchase Delivery Confirmation on every package. NON-RECEIPT OF PAYMENT: You will get shipping confirmation emailed to you. If you paid three days ago and got nothing from the shipper something is wrong please contact me. EMAILS: Expect emails from EBAY immediately at End of Auction (EOA). Just click PAY NOW inside the Winning Bidder Email eBay sends you or in the item description itself. I will instruct the shipper (USPS, UPS, FEDEX) to email you when the item is shipped. NON-REPLY TO EMAILS: If you have emailed me and I have not replied within a reasonable time something is wrong. Please check your spam filters, make sure your mailbox has room for my reply, and try again. If all else fails pull contact information from eBay and give me a call. LOCAL BUYERS: There is generally no shipping or handling on negotiated pickups or dropoffs. It is usually too time consuming to meet in neutral zone. If we do you buy coffee at Huddle House or Square. You come to my place or I might come to yours. Please have correct change ready. I am a Registered Selling Assistant - if you have items to list on eBay I will bring my camera. COMBINED SHIPPING: Is generally agreeable to me. There is a $1 per additional item minimum and eBay will add the correct postage and handling. Some items do not combine well and these common sense decisions are handled on a case by case basis. Most orders ship the day after payment, however our custom-order paddles take 11-21 days to assemble and ship.
