Shipping
& Handling:

We offer 100% FREE Shipping to UK / USA / AU
2. Delivery Time is approx. 9 - 14 business days to most US destinations.
For orders to Brazil / South America/ Italy / France / Spain / Germany/
Eastern Europe, your order may sometimes take up to 6-8 weeks
due to strict Custom Inspection. This
information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and bank
holidays. Note that delivery times may vary, particularly during peak
periods.
3. All items will be dispatched from our warehouse in China or Hong Kong
directly.
4. We will ship worldwide EXCEPT Nigera,
Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Macau
Due to Custom restrictions, we do not ship Lighters to US, MP3/4 players
and Laser pointer to Germany
5. Shipping
and handling (S&H) charges are fixed per item (each auction is considered
1 item); any variable quantity purchase listing such as an eBay Store
Listing, shipping rate is calculated based on the quantity purchased.
This applies even if the items are sent in the same package. Please factor
in the S&H charges before you place your bid.
6. Optional shipping insurance is offered. We are not responsible for
uninsured items lost in transit.
7. Buyers are responsible for additional COD charges, VAT, Customs fees,
and Duty for importation (if any). We ONLY handle the shipping to you.
Payment Methods:
- We ONLY accept Paypal.
- eCheque will be held until cleared.
- Please do not email us to ask for other payment option.
Other Terms & Conditions:
1. The photos
are just for illustration purposes only.
2. All sales are final.
3. No sales tax is required.
4. Please be advised that the Customs Department of your country could
impose duty or sales tax on your ordered item when it enters your country.
However, based on our experience, it seldom happens to small lot orders
like ours. Do find out the local regulations and the maximum value of
import for duty exemption. We would appreciate your understanding that
we cannot be responsible for any tax or duty charged by your government
on the purchase.
5. Warranty period: 30 days warranty for all products except digital camera
of which the warranty period is one year.
If you would like to return your product(s) for repair / replacement /
refund, please kindly contact our customer service representatives via
email for an authorized RMA number. Your returned product(s) will not
be processed without a completed RMA.
6. Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances.
You might contact us to resolve any issues there before leaving feedback.
We will reply you ASAP, if no response for you within 48 hours, please
check the spam in your mail box.
7. Feedback will be left once after we have received feedback from buyer.
