In this case, it is the buyers responsibility to email us before leaving feedback and we will decide the best way to handle the situation. We will then email back with the solution to make the buyer happy. We currently have a 99.9% feedback and do everything possible to make our customers happy.
We package in tear-resistant, water-resistant bag or a priority tyvek/box. We mail to the US only and only accept Paypal. As you shop with us you will see we do not charge outrageous handling fees.
