My name is Jeanette, I live in a small farming community in Delaware with my husband Pat of 11 years and our Four furry sons Garrett (Goober), Samwise, Legolas and Frodo. Though Lil Frodo went toThe Rainbow Bridge on April 24th 2009.  My precious baby is still with me everday in my heart and spirit!   I was recently placed on disability after 3 surgeries on my spine. Prior to my disability I had been in retail for about 18 years or so.  The funny thing about retail is you either love it or hate it.  There is no in between in this business!!  I started out my professional life in banking but soon found it to be boring.  I was in a serious car accident and needed the freedom to have a flex schedule so I could go to my PT appointments along with the many Doctor appointments that I had to endure for 2+ years.  I found a position at Montgomery Ward selling furniture.  That is where I fell in love with retail.  I found I just loved talking to people about their homes and helping them chose how to spend a good amount of their hard earned money was such a responsibility.  I wanted to make sure that the customer received the best quality furniture and exactly what they wanted while at the same time making money for my family as I was working on straight commission.  If the customer was not happy with the delivered product I was not happy because I received no paycheck from the commission nor did that customer come back when they needed another room redecorated.  Montgomery Ward taught me how to appreciate my customers, how to ensure they were happy, satisfied and how to turn them into repeat customers.

I decided to start selling on e bay again after I had stopped back in 2003.  The summer of 2003 I had taken off work to regroup and re-energize.  I was designing and selling graphs for cross stitch and crochet afghans along with some handcrafted crocheted projects.  I then went back to work and e bay went on the back burner. 

Now that I have some extra time on my hands here I am.  Hubby and I started out by cleaning house so to speak.  A lot of the items we had listed came from our personal collection of "stuff". We now spend a lot of our time during the summer when I am feeling well scouring Estate Sales, Auctions and wholesalers. Most items are new or in excellent used condition (EUC).  I will describe each item in as much detail as possible.  What I cannot describe plenty of photos will be supplied. Please do not hesitate to ask questions.  I will return all questions within 24 hours, actually more like 8 hours but sometimes things happen.  When you win an item, payment is expected in 7 days unless arrangements are made prior. I promise to mail the package out to you within 4 days of cleared payment.  E bay has started a new policy where sellers cannot accept Checks or Money Orders any longer.  While I do not agree with this as a seller I must follow policy.  HOWEVER, if you do not have a PayPal account please message me via E Bay.  We are allowed to look at each transaction on a case by case basis to make exceptions.  I want your experience to a very pleasant one with e bay.  There is no reason for anyone to not have a happy buying experience with me.  E Bay has also implemented the Detailed Seller Ratings (DSR's) system.  When buyers leave FEEDBACK they are asked to rate 1-5 on 4 catagories.  You would think that a 4 would be a good rating.  HOWEVER according to E BAY a 4 is BELOW acceptable!!  SO PLEASE if you feel you need to leave anything below a 5 I ask that you contact me first to see what I can do to rectify any issues.  My goal is to make you happy while also being fair to myself.  The higher a seller's DSR's are they may receive a discount on their fees.  This discount is what allows me to offer FREE SHIPPING on a lot of my items, upgrade your package from PARCEL POST to PRIORITY mail and accept lower BEST OFFERS.   The key to a successful transaction is great communication!!  So please do not hesitate to send me a message.  I love to chat with my customers and help in whatever way I can.  I was very proud when I made Power Seller.  Along with that honor also comes an added layer of responsability which involves teaching, mentoring and helping others whenever I can.
