What can be better than selling than when a family comes together and sells together. As the saying goes, a family that sells together stays together! We sell a wide range of collectibles and new decorator items including knobs, pulls, wall hooks and graniteware etc

Come Pull up a Rocker and Visit with me We carry a great range of those decorating favors and utilitarian items from around the home from the Bedroom to the Kitchen. Grannys Basement started way back, before ebay was even a twinkle in eye of it's creator. We have tried to stay customer friendly and try and answer our customers in a timely manner though we do have constraints and limitations, if we do not have access to the internet then of course we cannot answer you or likewise if we are not near the items in question then we cannot answer the questions until get to the item you are asking about. We do try and describe the items we have on sale as best as we can but of course we are not infallible and we can make mistakes. If you have any questions then feel free to contact us. Remember though that you should read the listing and look at the pictures and check all the tabs.

Some little rules we like to abide by.... Please read the description! California residents MUST pay sales tax. Purchasing for Resale, remember that there is a line on your sales tax reutrn to cover purchases of items that were resold! Due to changes to the postal service we are limited as to the days that they operate. Shipments are collected (these collections are guaranteed) on Tuesday to Friday by the post office. Monday and Saturday collections are no longer guaranteed by the postal service, sorry but this is out of our control. We do shop for the cheapest carrier, sometimes Fedex can be used for an item rather than USPS Priority mail. Though we do not ship Parcel Mail with the post office we do ship first class for the smaller items and we try to pass as much of this saving back to you our customer though remember in some cases it costs us more than we charge for the shipment of your purchases. Remember that many items are very very heavy and this is always reflective in the shipping charges. We allow 24 hours from the date and time of delivery for claims and a full policy is shown on every listing. The item must be back with us within 7 days from the date of delivery to you and must include any inserts and be in a resaleable condition. You are responsible for return shipping charges unless previously agreed by us and unfortunately this does not mean that you demand it because that is not agreement and not liking the color is not a reason for returning an item. Thank you for being a customer and we hope to do business with you multiple times.
