SIZING: For the absolute best fit...measure (between your legs) from the top of your pubic bone to the top of the crack of your bum. A size XXS measures 13". A size XS measures 14". A size S measures 15". A size M measures 16". A size L measures 17". If you are unable to measure yourself or are buying for somebody else, follow this basic guideline, based on a person's pants size: A person who wears a size 0-2 pants, will generally wear the size XXS. A size 3-4, size XS. A size 5-6, size S. A size 7-8, size M. A size 9-12, size L.
