Return Policy
RETURN POLICY You have 3 days from the day your item left our warehouse to initiate a return and put the return item in the mail. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. All items must be returned in their original condition and include the original packaging, documentation and all accessories. TO OBTAIN AN RMA NUMBER To initiate a return, simply e-mail to: returns@frugalfootwear.com with the invoice (order) number in the subject area. Please indicate items, which you intend to return. You will receive your RMA number within three to five business days. Once you have an RMA number, write it down on to the label, received with your order and mail your purchase back to us within 3 days from the day we sent it to you. You can use provided label as a shipping address. RMA number must be written down on to the shipping package. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item.
