IMPORTANT Return Merchandise Authorization Procedures:
1. Please complete the RMA form with detailed descriptions of the problem for
your product.
2. Print it out and send it back with your defective/unwanted merchandise.
3. Please indicate whether you want a refund, exchange, or upgrade. Exchanges
are free. All refunds will be charged a 20% restocking
fee even if the item is defective. Shipping charges are
non-refundable.
4. Testing fee for all non-defective products is $10.
5. All returns must be in its original packaging (cables, software, etc.) with
no markings on the box. Any marking of scuffing of the box will void the return
policy.
6. All merchandise carries a 30 day warranty unless stated on auction page.
