  Welcome to Funky Puppy Clothing. I sell dog clothing, accessories, collars, leashes, etc. and I also sell Italian charms and charm bracelets. I only have 1 in stock of each Italian charm, but if you need a higher quantity than that, please feel free to contact me about it and I should be able to get additional charms to add to my eBay store for you. I am constantly adding new styles of Italian charms to my website, so be sure to check back regularly so you won't miss out on any new selections. |
 I always offer combined shipping discounts for my customers. So if you are buying more than 1 item, be sure to send me one single payment so I can combine your order and give you the lowest shipping rate possible. If you send more than one payment, there is no guarantee that I can give you this discount because I may have already packaged and shipped your order; which means any other item(s) you pay for would have to have the full shipping price. To send me payment, please wait until you have purchased the last item you want included in your order. Once you have done that, the listing for the eBay item you just purchased should give you an option asking you if you want to "Pay Now." Click this button to bring you to a screen where you can include all the items you want to send payment for, choose the shipping method you want, and verify that your shipping address is correct. You can also find the "Pay Now" option when you sign into My eBay. Just click on the button on the left side of the screen which shows you items you have Won (this is under the Buying section). But if you are unsure of how to send me payment this way, please feel free to request an invoice for me. A copy of your invoice will be sent to your e-mail, where you can easily find the "Pay Now" button, which will send you to a screen with the correct information already filled in. I accept payments by PayPal, money order, check, or even cash. Please be aware that if you mail me a check, I reserve the right to hold your order until your check clears my bank, so remember that it could take a few extra days. |
 I try to offer the cheapest shipping to my customers that I possibly can. Also, as a long-time eBay buyer, I know that the most frustrating thing about buying online is that you have to wait so long to get your order once you place it. (I once bought an adapter for my mp3 player online and it took a month and a half before it got to me in the mail!!!) So I am dedicated to shipping your order as fast as is humanly possible for me to do! It will never take me longer than 2 business days of receiving your payment for me to drop your order in the mail. But usually I can deliver your order to the post office within 1 business day of you sending payment! This way, you will only have to wait on the post office for your order--you don't have to worry about me taking weeks to package the things you buy. |
 I do accept returns on most of the items listed in my store. I only accept returns of defective items. If you recieve your order and it looks like it has been damaged in the mail, please contact me immediately and we can work out a way to exchange the defective item for a new one. I will not accept a return if you don't contact me about the defect in a timely manner. For example, if you buy an Italian charm from me and contact me a month later saying "Um, the charm you sent me was broken when it got here" there is no way for me to know if the charm was actually defective or if something happened to it while it was in your possession that was beyond my control or responsibility as a seller. |
