My name is Jessica and I live in Southeast Iowa.....raised among the corn fields as a farm gurl. I am married to an amazing guy who has three pretty cool kids. My husband and I own and operate a trucking company. I have a Early Childhood Psychology degree and have been using it for the past fourteen years but have found that with family and business its best if I stay close to the home front. This has allowed me to pursue a path that is unfamiliar and yet exciting....working from home selling my talents and unique findings on the internet.
Most of my weekends are spent with my husband and the kids. As a family, we enjoy hunting, fishing, bonfires, bbq's, NASCAR, drag races, going to the shooting range, going to the kids sporting and school events, gardening and horseback riding. My husband and I frequently take rides on the motorcycle, attend local flea markets and farm auctions. We share the love of Chevelle muscle cars and hope to have the opportunity someday to restore one ourselves. Myself, I love to scrapbook, do crafts, digital photography, organizing, surfing the internet, decorating my house, visiting quaint little shops, being outside in the Fall, reading decorating magazines and watching HGTV, being with my family and playing with Gussy, my chocolate lab. I am an avid "junker" so I am always finding "good stuff" to re-event. Some of the junk turns out to be quite practical and other times it ends up being quirky and fun to place around the house. I would have to say that its my biggest passion since I have been known to stroll the town during city wide clean ups and have gotten a few of my treasures out of a dumpster. I would love to spend a Summer on Route 66 going from market to market in a Belaire convertable, top down and plum full of "good stuff" in the back.....well minus the car, Ill take my truck. I assure you that all of my "junk" is good stuff. That is just the term I use....well, the term that my husband uses for my stuff.
