Thanks for stopping by and visiting with this old US Army veteran from Texas. I served from 1968 - 1970. Yea, I was drafted but I served my country proudly and did a year in Viet Nam. Sometimes we take our everyday freedom for granted but it actually comes at a very high price. For all that we have we should thank God, a Soldier, and all of our fallen Hero's all the way back to 1776. Every time I see a young man or woman in uniform I am proud to go up to them, shake their hand and thank them for all the sacrifices they are making for us all. "For Those Who Have Fought For It, Freedom Has A Ring The Protected Shall Never Know". They are the BEST OF THE BEST. I guess my patriotic side is showing through so I'll move on now.
I am a retired repair technician and musician who loves old guitars and vintage tube amplifiers. I love rescuing vintage guitars and tube amps, that need my expertise to give them new life, through my company "Texas Vintage Sound". Why? Because I can! I've owned, played, repaired, restored, and built many guitars and tube amps over the last 45 years. There's nothing sweeter than playing an old axe through a vintage tube amp. The old stuff really IS better! Built by hand, one at a time. It has soul. I still enjoy jamming, hunting, fishing, boating, riding ATV's, and just being outdoors. I also enjoy being an adult leader volunteer for the Boy Scouts. My kids went through scouting and my oldest son is an Eagle Scout who also served proudly in the US Army. Get your kids into scouting. It works!
I absolutely love my experience on ebay. I believe most people are basically good and will do everything they can to make all transactions good ones, but I realize that sometimes things can and do go wrong. When it does, JUST FIX IT! "You Can Pleas Some Of The People All The Time, And All The People Some Of The Time, But, You Can't Pleas All The People All The Time" (barrowed and revised from Old Abe). To all you excellent ebayers,
I Thank You!
