In December, 2004 Georgia Governor, Sonny Perdue, kicked-off the sale of Georgia state surplus property on e-Bay.  Since that time the state of Georgia, known as ga-surplus to e-Bayers, has sold planes, trains, and automobiles online.  Glamour aside, there is also good news for buyers searching ga-surplus for more practical purchases.  They will find items like shop equipment, office furniture, computers, hospital equipment, generators, road graders, and more.  Items are available predominately from surplus property centers in Atlanta, Americus, and Swainsboro, but may be located throughout the state.  Check each listing for the location of individual items.
