Most Health & Beauty items are non returnable, We do make exceptions, ie... sprayer on the bottle doesn't works, there are absolutely no returns on open bottle type perfume, colognes, etc., these items can be tampered with, so therefore we are not allowing returns on these items, Buyer is responsible for return mail as we are not responisible for mail refund. .
Returns on all Electronics:
In most cases, you can return items within 20 days from the ship date.
To qualify, simply initiate the return within 20 days from the ship date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc., and shrink wrap where applicable). The supplier must receive your item back within 30 days of when it was originally shipped it to you. Please allow 14 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and less a restocking fee of 15%. Generally, product exchange is not an option. For exchanges, simply place a duplicate order once the original is returned.
We cannot accept the return of certain items, including: swimming suits, undergarments, body jewelry, software, furniture items factory-sealed sports collectible sets, cigars, wines, and perishable products (food items, chocolates, plants & flowers). Other select items, as noted on the product detail page.
RMA INSTRUCTIONS
*Do not ship items back prior to receiving an RMA number. * A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) must be marked on the outside of the shipping box for product returns. This RMA# is valid for 30 days. * You must ensure that merchandise is returned to receive proper credit. This means that the item(s) should be returned by way of a reputable shipping carrier, the shipment should be insured, and it should have a tracking number or some method of delivery confirmation. * Freight on merchandise being returned is to be prepaid. * Only ship returns to the return address provided in your RMA confirmation email. * Note: Packages must have RMA number written visibly on shipping box with a brief description of the product defect inside. All items must be returned in the original packaging. |
