The Real Me
|
What started out as a hobby, collecting Beanie Babies, years ago...has turned into a lifestyle that combines my loves for shopping and beautiful things with my 30 years experience in sales. And although there are obviously differences between selling high-end computer software and selling delicate glass and china, the end goal is still the same - happy customers.
My goals are simple:
- Keep my listings simple and straightforward. Describe the item and take good photographs.
- Respond as quickly as possible to requests for information, and additional photos.
- Wrap carefully and ship promptly - communicating with the customer at every step.
- Achieve customer satisfaction. I love to post positive feedback and look forward to receiving the same.
