I am a convert to Catholicism and a practising Catholic.  I was raised as a Lutheran but always felt that something was missing.  My husband is a lifelong Catholic and introduced me to his church.  After years and much introspection and study, I converted to Catholicism in 1991.  We were married in my husband's boyhood church and there our son was baptized and had his First Holy Communion.  We still go there - My husband is a lector, I sing in the choir and our son is an alter server.  It is wonderful and I look forward to each Mass! I began making rosaries after I lost my job as a corporate executive at a large multi-national company.  I cannot describe fully the feelings that I experience when making each rosary - the love is overwhelming.  It is truly a gift from God. I started Restless Souls LLC with the purpose of making heirloom quality handcrafted rosaries and jewelry. All of the materials I use are top quality and many are vintage and one-of-a-kind. I strive to keep my margins low so that my items are reasonably priced. I am also an avid skater - I started skating in my early 40s with my son - we never had rinks near us in the 1960s!  Needless to say, my son has moved on to baseball, football and basketball and I am still skating!  I am working on my intermediate moves-in-the-field and pre-juvenile freestyle - hoping to test soon!  Also teaching pre-schoolers to skate - what fun!  I just love skating and hope to keep skating for many years!
