gailshiddencreations is operated by Hidden Creations a family run business located in Northern California that specializes in selling vintage and antiques and any other unique items that catch our interest!

My name is Gail and I am an Educational Specialist trained by eBay, Trading Assistant and a Power Seller. I have been collecting antiques for 30 years and have operated a successful Vintage/Antique business for 8 years. I started to list things on EBay in the summer of 2006 and soon I had worked my way to becoming a power seller. When I began to sell on eBay I started to sell all of the remaining items left over from the antique show that were taking up storage space. As I began to notice the profits I was making in a way that I had never achieved in my vintage/ antique shows so I switched over to fully selling on eBay and my business began to boom! I enjoy gardening and so I have started selling Shake-n-Grow and other gardening items!

As a trading assistant and power seller I take deep pride in making sure all of my eBay costumers are fully content with their purchases and are satisfied with all details, descriptions and the final product. I am proud to announce that I have 100 % perfect feedback as well.

I am highly qualified as an educational Specialist ranking 1 out of 627 in Canada and United States, scoring with a perfect score of 100% on the passing exam. Also as an Education Specialist trained by eBay I try my best to connect with my students answering every question with absolute interest and attentiveness. I make it a goal to make sure all of my students fully understand not only the rules of eBay but how to better market their merchandise so that it will sell for a higher price.

Selling on eBay is not only my job but my passion. I love to sell things and teach others to sell on eBay. I enjoy learning new business techniques as well as marketing and networking with others (I am a member of Le Tip International).

I enjoy meeting with clients as well as seeing all of the items people are interested in selling. You could not imagine the variety of things I have sold on eBay which include a phone booth, rare dolls, toothpick dispenser, balloon stuffer, Harley parts, a surf board, a mannequin, a wooden Trojan horse, foreign fabrics, engraving machine, stage coaches and so much more!

Hidden Creations is dedicated to customer satisfaction! If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund with caveats below (unless stated the auction is an AS-IS SALE). Simply contact us to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:

Shipping is non-refundable* All refunds and Exchanges are subject to restocking fees. A Restocking Fee applies (provided item is returned in exact pack as we sent-no opened or used items will be refunded). *Item must be returned within-3 Days of receipt. Refund is Money Back. Refunds are given when items are returned to us-in original packaging and working order if new or in the same condition if vintage or antiques. Pre-authorization and ALL MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN RETURNED IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKING with a 20% restocking fee- unless there is a defect, which will be determmined on return. All items must be in our possession with 7 days of return authorization-or there will be a 50% restocking fee instead of the 20%. THERE IS NO REFUND OF SHIPPING FEES.

Customs Customs may be due in shipments delivered out of USA. Hidden Creations has no control nor know any fees associated with this. It is the taxes due in the home country of the receiver on orders. It is the receiver rsponsibilities to pay, Hidden Creations cannot collect for this.
