Safety: Playmobil is not suitable for children under 4 years of age, except for the 1-2-3 range for 18 months and over. Postage: I try to only charge exact postage and packaging costs. Sometimes I get it a bit wrong. In these cases I will refund the difference to you (unless it is an insignificant amount). Packaging: I use Australia Post boxes and padded envelopes where possible. The boxes are a bit more expensive than the padded envelopes but are better protection for most of my items. For larger boxes I recycle large boxes to make a box to suit your purchase. Sometimes it mightn't look the prettiest but I make sure your items are well protected, it is free and is a good form of recycling. Returns: I accept returns if the goods are unopened and undamaged. The cost of sending items back to me are borne by the buyer.
