PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
We ask our customer to take a look at the picture(s). The best explanation will be in the images. Always review the size of the items your purchasing to avoid any surprises on what you are expecting. Please NOTE: The items may seem large on the pictures due to the fact that we want to zoom out the item for you to see it better. The measurements are taken to our best knowledge, although we are not experts we try to provide sizes as accurate as possible. In the event product is damage, broken, or in bad condition our company promise full EXCHANGE (only).Our Customer Service staff will be available to help you weekdays from 10:00AM to 6:00PM Pacific Standard Time. We are Closed Saturday and Sunday But if for any reason you have to call us leave us a voice mail and we will get back to you the following Monday! If you are not completely satisfied with any product you buy from The Kitchen Collection, You return the Product between a 7 day Period, and we will exchange your product for another one of our items. RETURN DETAILS: All items must be return on its original box, in the event the item is send back without original box a fee will be charge. Also Please Email us before Sending the product back Explaining the reason for the item being returned. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED NEW AND IN GOOD CONDITION.IN THE EVENT THE RETURNED ITEM IS RECEIVED BROKEN WE CAN NOT ISSUE A REFUND. NO EXCEPTIONS. BUT WE DO ASK FOR THE BUYER TO EMAIL US PICTURES OF THE DAMAGED ITEM! IF ITEM IS RECEIVED BY BUYER BROKEN OR DAMAGED WE WILL ISSUE AN EXCHANGE! NO REFUNDS! IN ANY EXPENSIVE SHIPPING COST ,URLICH DECORATIONS WILL ONLY HONOR THE COST WE USUALLY PAID NOT A HIGHER COST.
NO RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. Returns will not be accepted for customers that are not happy with the product.If you are not satisfied with the color, style, material SELLER WILL NOT *replace we ask you to call us or email us to get full detail on the item. RETURNS ON CLEARANCE ITEMS
All items on sale/clearance returns will not be accepted.Urlich decorations will gladly replace any broken, damage or defective merchandise but NO REFUNDS RETURNS CLOTHING
All clothes is brand new all clothes must be return with its original tags. For intimate clothes unless tags are attached. Urlich Decorations can not issue. Refund for clothes with missing tags. This is to protect customers from already used clothes.
RETURNED/UNSATISFIED ORDER
all return items are subject to inspection within 24 hours after receiving customer return. Customer will be notifying by e-mail of receiving merchandise. We kindly ask our customer to allow us 24 hours to process refund after inspection. You have 7 Days to return an item after 7 days refund is no longer available and item is yours completely! Also if item is returned the buyer will be charged a 10% Restocking charge.(Urlich decorations will then supply pictures to the buyer in the event items are received broken at the time of the return and in that case the refund would not be in order)
AUTHORIZATION RETURN NUMBER: Our customer service dept.Will give you personal assistant and will gladly issue RA # to return your product.
