ITEM CONDITION:
MINT (98-100) - Item is in similar condition as a new item.
EXCELLENT (90 and up) - Item looks really nice
GREAT (75 and up) - Not new but still looks pretty good
GOOD (50 and up) - item is working, no major damages
POOR (0 and up) - Item looks bad
AS IS (untested) - items are not gurranateed to work.
Use this as a guide to the condition of the item. Sometimes we will use NEAR MINT or GEM MINT, etc. For items with cases(cds), we will only describe if it is damaged or cracked.
If an item comes with accessories, for example, a MANUAL, it will be listed "WITH MANUAL". Or, if it comes with case and manual it will be listed as COMPLETE.

Most orders are processed in 1-3 days from the date payment is received. Most orders are shipped air mail about 3-5 days. A shipment number will be email to you or an email notification will be send once the package ships.

RETURN POLICY:
If there is a problem with the item the buyer can send the item back for an exchange,
if no exchange available then a refund is issued.
If an item is defective, 100% of item price will be refunded.
If item is working a 25% restocking fee will be charged, 75% of item price will be refunded.
Please send item back within one week of receipt and include a description of what the problem is.
