Shipping Info

Orders are usually shipped in 1 to 2 business day after payment is received. For standard shipping, the delivery will take 3 to 7 business days. For expedited shipping, delivery will take 3 to 5 business days. For express shipping, the product will usually be delivered to the customer the next business day after the product is shipped out.

Our shipping charges include a handling fee to cover the cost of packing supplies and labor.

If you order from an unconfirmed PayPal address, we may not send your order out until your address is confirmed by PayPal.

Return Policy

We are 100% committed to satisfying our customer's needs and we will go out of our way to resolve any issues you may have with our products.

Defective products can be exchanged for identical items. All our products sold are new and are rarely having any problem. In the rare case you do receive a defective product, we will be happy to exchange it for an identical replacement. Please contact us to receive a RMA number within 14 days from the date of purchase for an exchange. Once we receive the defective product from you, we will test it, if the product turns out to work on our testing system, it will be returned to you and no exchange will be made.

***IMPORTANT INFORMATION***

In the past, there are a small numbers of buyers who sent us back supposedly defective products, when the products are actually not defective. It turns out that those buyers had a defective system. One of the well-known problem involves a Playstation 2 (PS2) system with a burnt-out or scratched lens. Under such system, colored bottom discs (especially dark colors like blue or black) may be unplayable, even though the system can play non-colored bottom discs without any problem. In such rare cases, we cannot exchange the games because the games are not defective and we will not be able to get a credit from the manufacturer.

We usually do not refund or exchange for non-defective product (ex, you order the wrong game,) but we can evaluate the situation in a case-by-case manner thru e-mail. In such cases, the customer must contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase. The game must be unopened, and must ship back to us after receiving a RMA number from us. Once we receive the item, we will refund or credit the buyer the purchased price only, minus a 10% re-stocking fee or a $5.00 minimum charge to cover our eBay, PayPal and shipping and handling cost.

If a customer receives an incorrect item due to our fault, the customer must contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase to receive a DMA number from us. Once we receive the incorrect item, we will ship out the correct item immediately. A full refund (no re-stocking fee will be charged) can also be sought if the customer choose not to exchange for the correct item. We will reimburse the customer for return shipping costs at USPS First Class shipping rate.

All our products are brand new, except when stated explicitly, therefore they carry a full manufacturer's warranty. If you open your product and there are missing materials or malfunction items, your product will be covered by the manufacturer warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
