Customer Satisfaction is our goal! We do the best we can to make every customer's experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible. We are based in Melbourne, Australia.
The following applies to all of our auctions:
If multiple auctions are won by the same bidder, postage costs will be combined to save costs.
Australian bidders, payment is preferred by either Direct Deposit into our Bank Account, Australian Money Order.
International bidders are also welcome, all payments must be made in AUD, USD or UKP - no coins. We can accept PAYPAL, Western Union Money transfer or international bank transfer.
We are quite flexible with of our terms of payment, currency & delivery methods so feel free to contact us prior to bidding if you would like to negotiate something else. However, we will not consider COD and at this point in time we frown upon PAYPAL (for Australian residents). No Credit Card payments.
Also we recommend using registered mail whenever sending things to us and for delivery of your items.

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received. Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
