7. When can I expect my order to arrive?

8. What are your hours of operation?
   We are open for business 24/7, 365 days a year.  We handle all customer service related inquiries from 9 AM-4 PM E.S.T. Monday- Friday.  We have a dedicated specialist available to answer your product/ordering specific questions via email on the weekends, but please keep in mind that they are not able to track packages.  This is done via our office workstation, and we are not there on the weekends.  All shipping/tracking related questions will be handled during the weekday.  Keep in mind that if you email us on the weekends pertaining to shipping/tracking related questions, you will not get a reply back until Monday (unless it’s a Holiday) or the following relevant business day. - Back To Top >>
