"The Kids"

I promise not to bore you (much).... I'm a human Mom to 2 rescued Greyhounds.... ReRun (my 11yr old boy) and Cofax (my 5yr old girl). We lost our little girl Lambie Pie Dec 04. You can read more about her on my website www.purplegreyhound.artsefest.com . I do what I can to let people know about tick borne diseases so they may not have to suffer the heartbreak I did.

Besides the "kids", I dabble in pen sketches and other crafts (some are on my website). I assist my hubby in his canning jar collecting while I collect some greyhound items and snoopy items (I used to collect antique teddy bears too). Besides other antiques, we enjoy music together (Bob built his own tube stereo), our garden and fish pond in summer (the fish would freeze in winter so we bring them to a local garden center in winter and borrow them back for the next summer), traveling and other stuff. 

Right now, I'm slowly trying to clean house and whittle things down in hopes of retiring in about 10yrs. The problem we found was the bigger the house  - the less room we have. 

Then there's the BIG project..... I'm working with my cousin Star (her ebay address: stars3333)....on finding a publisher for our book (if you are one or know any... please contact me....) it's a children's book about a disabled fish... it's actually a true story with a lot of imagination added... Star is the illustrator.
