Back to previous page  Bensons' Bookshelf Used Books of All Kinds Thank you for taking the time to read about Bensons' Bookshelf. My husband and I love books. Between us, we have many years of education, graduate and professional degrees as well as course work "just for the fun" of learning. Often, even before we began selling, we would plan vacations and weekend trips to college towns where we could visit bookstores to find more obscure titles that were not readily available in more traditional book stores. Because our educational backgrounds are diverse, we can spot good books in many categories. My nephew, visiting with us when he was very little, asked why we lived in a library. The logical extension of having so many books was to begin to sell, and E-Bay has given us an opportunity to have a bookstore without walls. We spend most weekends at sales of some kind, and marvel that we can have so much fun doing something that is actually "work". Feel free to e-mail any requests for books that are not listed- if I have a title that you want, I will gladly go ahead and list it on E-Bay for sale. Unfortunately, I have many books not yet listed, simply due to the time factor, and I am also glad to keep an eye open for a book someone has had trouble locating.   "Extras" As we visit sales looking for books, we sometimes find items "too good to pass on" that are not books. I love music, and may pick up CDs, cassettes or old record albums. My husband collects political items and sports memorabilia, and we sometimes find something nice in those areas.
