Back on October 19, 2009 I got frustrated with an error I was getting when trying to leave feedback for buyers and also because I realized that so many buyers had never bothered to return feedback for me.  At that time I thought, "Well, fine, I'm not leaving feedback for them until they leave it for me!"  

Feedback for buyers is a meaningless process nowadays (sellers can only leave positive, so it's a bit one-sided and there's no way to determine the character of the buyer - they're all perfect!). With so many buyers not bothering to leave feedback for the seller (which is important because eBay uses that to compute discounts), why should I leave feedback for them? "Forget it!", I thought.

But then I remembered one of the basic concepts I learned as a child:  Treat others the way you would like to be treated. So, even though eBay persists in this completely biased and unfair feedback system, I will continue to be the first one to leave feedback to notify customers of their shipping date.  I hope my customers will take the time to leave feedback for me, too.

Please take note!  I am not the same seller as taipeitina33 nor ukludan - they are subsidiaries of Ludan Mama, as I am, but were are completely separate business enterprises.  We carry similar merchandise, or even the same merchandise, but we are each responsible for our own eBay accounts.  We have a tendency to "borrow" each other's information, which is why you'll see things I wrote at their sites, and things they wrote at my site.  However, there is another seller who has stolen a lot of what I wrote in my description, shipping, payment, and contact sections, which really pisses me off.  He also claims to offer a low price, but my lowest is still $1 less than his.  Since he decided to use my info, I've retaliated by using his title in some of my listings.  Turnabout is always fair play, IMO.

All items will be shipped from Taipei, Taiwan within two business days after payment has been received and verified.  We hold all items paid for with a PayPal eCheck until PayPal notifies us that the eCheck has cleared. 

You may click the link provided to see the current time and date in Taiwan.  When waiting for an e-mail response, please do take into account the time difference between your country and Taiwan.  If e-mailing direct and not through eBay, remember that certain web-based mail, such at Hotmail, is noted for its unreliability.  If you do not receive a reply from me, I did not receive your e-mail.  Please make sure eBay has your correct e-mail address.

Important!  Delivery typically takes 10-14 business days, but some customers may experience longer shipping times. Please do not leave neutral feedback for me when the postal service doesn't get your package to you promptly; this is completely unfair.  We ship within two business days after payment is received, but we have no control over how long it takes for your item to get to you once it leaves our hands. Items are often held up at customs - this is not our fault. 

Please read the auction terms carefully, especially the information about the conditions that apply in order to receive the discount for shipping on additional items.  Additional purchases must be made within 7 days of original auction end date, all items must be paid in one single PayPal payment only).  If you make separate payments for each item, our costs go up, and therefore we cannot give you the shipping discount. 

If you do not intend to complete your contract and pay for the items you win, please do not bid.  If you do not pay, I will file a Non-Paying Bidder complaint with eBay, and you will receive a strike against you if payment is not received.  Please, take your bidding seriously, and if in doubt, PLEASE DO NOT BID.  Thank you.
