Garland Computers Garland Computers specializes in the buying and selling of used computer equipment.  Most of the product we tend to get are Dell/Compaq desktops, laptops and servers. We have many customers that call us on a weekly basis for replacment parts (drives, CPUs, Fans, Power Supplies, etc). Call us anytime if there is a part you are needing.  If we don't have it, we can usually find it or send you in the proper direction. (This is NOT Delivery Time, This is the time it take to get an item out the door and into Fed Ex's hands) We ship with Fed Ex Ground and USPS Priority Mail. We do not ship with any other carrier, please don't ask. Please call us if you need items faster, we can quote you for 3 Day Select to Overnight delivery. *** Delivery times may vary depending on where you live.  East and West coast can take upwards of 4-5 business days after we've shipped an item. ***PLEASE NOTE, DURING THE HOLIDAY SEASON, SHIPPING ARRIVAL TIMES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON DEMAND AND CARRIERS**** PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT WE ARE **NOT** OPEN ON THE WEEKENDS. WE SHIP MONDAY THRU FRIDAY. WE WILL NOT SHIP ON THANKSGIVING DAY OR THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING. WE WILL NOT SHIP DEC 24 AND 25TH AND WE WILL NOT SHIP JAN 1 OR 2ND. Any payments received during those times will be processed the next business day and shipped as soon as possible. If you have a critical need to receive the item by a certain time you need to contact us via email to see if it's possible to expedite your shipment. Otherwise, you will receive an email with tracking once the item has shipped. Complaints We strive to make your buying experience a pleasant one. With that said, errors do occur on our part.   We have in the past lost items in the warehouse, broken items in packaging process, re-tested items and found them dead, completely lost an order.  We never try and make mistakes, but some do occur on occasion. If your item has not arrived within 7 buiness days, please call or email Melanie Tracking Numbers are emailed the next business day following the actual shipping date. If you have not received a tracking number within 7 days of paying for your order you may email us thru the ebay messaging system. Please check your spam mailbox prior to requesting a tracking number. Thanks! Return Policy Unless specifically stated, all items are used. NEW items will specify new in the title and in the body of the auction. Unless specifically stated all items (including NEW) carry a 15 day DOA warranty.  This is from the day you receive the item. Garland Computers reserves the right to replace a broken item first.  If we cannot replace an item, we will refund your purchase price. We always test returned product.  If a returned item is in working condition and not DOA, a 15% restocking fee will apply. If there is NOTHING wrong with an item and you do not want the item we reserve the right to apply a 15% re-stocking fee IF WE TAKE THE ITEM BACK. The buyer is always responsible for the return postage of an un-wanted item. Please remember we do NOT ship outside the lower 48 Continental United States. Do NOT bid or buy one of our items if you are outside the continental United States. If you are in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico you may email us prior to bidding to see if we can ship the particular item you want and get shipping quote.
