Policy and Procedures FAQ
I am interested in expediting the auction process with a Buy-It-Now price.
Anyone interested in purchasing an auction item through a Buy-It-Now price is welcome to contact us with an offer. We will consider the offer and respond.
We will, however, only consider offers on items which have either zero bids or one bid and it is the sole bidder which is making the offer. No auction item which has two or more bids will not be considered for a Buy-It-Now price.
If an offer is accepted we will respond to the original email and add the Buy-It-Now price to the listing.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide.
I am interested in combined shipping on multiple purchases.
We combine shipping for multiple purchases. The cost is determined on the final weight of the items when packed. If you are interested in multiple auctions ending over a period longer than a few days, please let us know that you are planning on purchasing more items and we will gladly send an invoice reflecting the total amount when the final auction you wish to bid on ends.
When will my item be shipped?
We typically ship items within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Occasionally, we may require an extra 24 hours for large items or if we experiencing an unusually large volume at the time.
The shipping service I prefer is not listed as an option on an item.
We use the USPS as our primary shipping service. In the event that a different shipping method is desired please contact us before the auction ends to determine availability.
How quickly do you require payment be made?
Of course, we would prefer that payment be made as quickly as possible. However, we also understand that sometimes buyers may have unexpected factors affect their ability to provide swift payment. In this event, please contact us via the Ebay messaging system to let us know. This will prevent any misunderstanding about the intention of the buyer to complete the transaction.
I feel that an excessive amount of time has passed and my item has not arrived.
Please contact us. We will be able to tell you when your item was shipped and its estimated arrival time.
Can I return an item?
We do allow returns for any item which is misrepresented. We also may allow returns on a per case basis depending on the issue. In order to be eligible for a refund, the buyer must contact us within 24 hours of the item arrival. If the situation is such that a return and refund is in order, the item must be postmarked within 48 hours of the buyer receiving confirmation that they are eligible for a refund.
What determines if an item is eligible to be returned?
Returns will be allowed on any item which the condition is misrepresented. Returns for any other reason will be determined on per case basis. For example pair of women boots listed in the women shoe category and purchased under the mistaken assumption on the part of the buyer that they men boots would not be eligible for a refund. However, a pair of women boots listed in the men shoe category, without being described as such, and purchased based on the belief that they were men boots would be. Clothing or boots which are marked with a size are never returnable on the basis of the item not fitting the buyer.
(We are very sorry that we have to implement this policy, anyone who is familiar with our previous o questions askedreturn policy will see it is a significant shift, however the amount of refund policy abuse has increased beyond an acceptable percentage)
I have attempted to contact you and there has been no response.
We recommend that you use the Ebay messaging system for all communication. We receive a huge number of spoof and fraudulent emails to our hotmail address. As a result, response time is typically much longer than using the contact seller option through Ebay. If you have attempted to contact us through Ebay please allow up to 24 hours for a response. In the event that we have not responded within a 24 hour period, we suggest asking a question on an active item since this type of delay would indicate that we did not receive your original message.
Why has determined the policies you have established?
The actions of previous buyers have shaped the policies we have established. As our experience with Ebay has grown we have discovered that, although the vast majority of buyers act in good faith and we are constantly impressed by the level of honesty and self-responsibility displayed by our customers, unfortunately there is a segment of the Ebay community who does not act in a manner which is honorable. This policy update reflects our desire to maintain buyer confidence, while providing a measure of protection against return policy abuse.
