Over my 19 plus years in the Emergency Services Field, I have been involved in Search & Rescue (SAR) , Firefighter and, Paramedicine.

I started my career out in Air Search & Rescue with Canada's CASARA, which is just like the USA Civil Air Patrol. I held positions such as a Unit Director, Training Officer, Unit leader & founder of the GSAR unit within our unit.

As a Firefighter, I have held or still hold positions and or training in areas such as:  Training Officer, Safety Officer and the position as Captain.

I also led the Critical Incident Stress Management Team and Community Emergency Response Team for our area in North Bay Ontario.

Being introduced to the world of Firefighting by the great members of the department I joined, I was quickly taken into their world and soon discovered that funding like most departments was a huge issue; Like most departments, training was bumped for some despirately needed equipment.

Over the years I have taught at functions, special events, designed and developed training packages, publishings, videos and powerpoint presentations, which I now share with you.

My desire is to make training affordable for every cash strapped department and personnel, so we all have the knowledge, skills and awareness to

Knowing the cost from big business suppliers of training materials is somewhat way to costly for the common cash strapped department,

and

buying from EBay auctions before from persons claiming to always have the best materials, or claiming that they are true blue because they have been sellers for years or profess high feedback ratings, just to find out that the materials were out dated, not too in depth, free downloads of military manuals, and not sold by professionals in the field

and

Over the years, I too have seen my fellow emergency service brotherian do the same as I, waste money...  so

I decided to change all that.

From years of teaching, I have compiled enough to

As a man who loves to learn and teach, and as a member in Firefighting, Medical and Search & Rescue, I have created an abundance of learning materials, and possess a stockpile of training materials that I have used to create my auctions.
