Hi to all. First and foremost I'd like to thank each of you for your patronage and supportive e-mails and secondly, respond to some of the questions you've asked me over the years. I am a native Vermonter who grew up enjoying the beautiful outdoors. As a young boy I learned to hunt, trap, and fly fish by my Dad and we enjoyed those for many years. I've since given up trapping and now hunt with my sketch book and camera, but continue to be an avid fly fisherman. I am blessed to be able to work full time at my art here in Vermont, in the company of my wife, five children and five grandchildren. |

Norman Rockwell gave me my first set of oil paints and brushes as a gift when I was eight years old. I attended the New England School of Art in Boston and on scholarship, studied with Don Stone AWS, NA, in Rockport Ma. I have been honored to receive three National Awards for my art and have enjoyed over 30 years of experience doing my Scrimshaw on knives, and look forward to many more years of a continued, wonderful relationship with my collectors. Again, THANK-YOU |
