Hello and welcome to our page! We are two fanciers that have been raising poultry for over a decade. Currently we raise chickens, ducks and button quail. Some of our birds were hatched from eggs bought off of ebay, so we are proof that shipped eggs do hatch! We take pride in being a small farm, where we know each of our birds by name, not a number, and we can work one-on-one with them. We sell on ebay to make money for our poultry. We even started our ebay account to make money for them, with 100% of the profit of each item going towards them in some way. We would also like to thank all of our previous customers, potential buyers and ebay for all your support!

~Our Policy~
CONDITION: Hatching eggs are gauranteed to be in one piece when they leave our hands. However, we cannot promise that they will arrive the same way, due to postal handling, but we will try our best to ensure a safe arrival! Hatching eggs are guaranteed fertile, as we test them before we sell them. However, due to your incubator type, hatching experience and postal handling, we can NOT guaranteed your hatch rate.
PAYMENT: Paypal preferred, as it lets us get your item to you faster. Payment must be made within 24 hours, unless otherwise stated. Thank you!
SHIPPING: Items will be shipped next day upon receiving payment. If the auction ends on a Saturday or Sunday, expect your package to be sent out Monday. You will be notified when it's shipped. Eggs are always sent priority mail. Our shipping is as minimal as possible. We don't offer insurance because the post office doesn't cover hatching eggs. Please note that if you live close enough (within 30 minutes away from our location), we will ask if you'd prefer local pickup and take away all shipping costs!
REFUNDS: Unless our girls stop laying before auction's end, please note that you are bidding on a perishable item and we do NOT give refunds.
FEEDBACK: Please, if the eggs arrived safely, leave feedback upon arrival, not after the hatch. If there is a problem, contact us BEFORE leaving neutral or negative feedback and we will be more than happy to work with you!
QUESTIONS: Feel free to ask questions. We will answer back as soon as we can. Sometimes we forget something in our description and questions help to remind us of what we left out. We will be as honest as we can when we answer you.

For everything else other than hatching eggs, I give my buyers up to 5 days to pay and shipping times may vary. However, everything else remains the same: the condition is described on the auction page; payment method is paypal only; we do not give refunds since the profit will benefit our birds; feel free to ask questions; and please leave feedback upon arrival. It's always best to follow the instruction manual with your incubator. Another tip would be to throw out the thermometer that comes with your incubator and invest in a digital hygrometer/thermometer - it will save you both time and money in the future.
