GC-Manufacturing, LLC has a 10 year warranty on most items that we manufacture. If it does not come with a warranty no warranty will be mentioned in the auction. If the auction states that there is a 10 year warranty the warranty is as follows:

The manufacture, GC-Mfg., warrants all products of the original purchaser, to be free from any defects in material and/or workmanship for ten (10) years from the date of original purchase. Any part found to be defective during this period will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of GC-Mfg. Any part replaced under the warranty will be covered for the remaining period of the warranty. GC-Mfg., may, at its discretion make any repairs or replacements of defective parts, but such work shall not be deemed to be any admission of liability. GC-Mfg will bear labor charges for work carried out under the warranty as all warranty work is done in house by GC-Mfg at the factory location. The warranty may not be transferred to subsequent owners for the balance of the remaining warranty period.
The following conditions and exclusions apply:

The product must not have been misused, inadequately maintained, incorrectly serviced, or used for competition.

The warranty does not cover damages due to abuse, misuse, accident, or use of unauthorized attachments or modifications.

The product must not have been subject to any modification, replacement, or repairs other than as authorized by GC-Mfg

Defects caused by faulty adjustment, neglect, or repairs and alterations performed by anyone other than GC-Mfg are not covered by the warranty

The warranty does not cover the cost of transportation of the product to or from our facility. Warranty does not cover any or all damages incurred during shipment and while in the custody of contracted freight company. This is why the item is shipped insured and we will assist you in repairs or replacements of said items.

The warranty does not cover products used on a commercial basis

The warranty does not cover defects which have not been reported to the manufacturer, within the immediate discovery of the defect.

Should a warranty claim become necessary, GC-Mfg shall not be liable for loss of use, inconvenience, lost time, commercial losses or other incidental or consequential damages.

Warranty is for twelve months on product materials and workmanship, after that the remainder is on workmanship only.

Paint finish will diminish, scratch, and chip over a period of time due to normal use and therefore is not covered under warranty.

Actuators, Hydraulic rams/jacks/hoses/fittings are not covered under warranty. (GC-Mfg does not make these products. We can assist in replacement parts at factory costs)
GC-Mfg reserves the right to make alterations or improvements without notification to any model and without obligation to do so to products already sold.
Any statement, representation, or description of warranty contained in any other publication or advertisement shall not void or override anything expressed herein.

Liability Disclaimer:
The purchaser of our products is solely responsible for the installation, use and the securing of any items being carried. In no event shall GC-Mfg be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to any direct, indirect special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profit, or other intangibles, or cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability of use, unauthorized use, performances or non-performance of our products. Even if GC-Mfg has been advised previously of the possibility of such damages and whether such damages arise in contract, negligence, tort, under statue, in equity, at law or otherwise. In no circumstance shall GC-Mfg be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever.
Return policy
Return policy for GC-Manufacturing, LLC
When returning a product to GC-Manufacturing it must be in resalable condition. If the item is in resalable condition then a 15% restocking fee will apply to all orders.
If it is not in resalable condition then it may be subject to a 35% restocking fee at minimum depending on the condition it is in.
Any items that is in the customer possession for more than 5 business days does not qualify for a refund of any kind.
Actual shipping and handling will not be refunded as that was paid to a shipping company for services already rendered. You the customer must pay for shipping back to our location or you may drop it off in person at the factory in El Reno, Oklahoma. Refunds will be credited only in the form of which payment was received. Any refund that is done will take a minimum of 5 business days to process.
Any and all returns must be accompanied with a copy of this paper on the outside and inside of your package or your return will be refused and the item will be sent back to you the customer at your cost for the proper paper work. (Please leave credit card and type of payment off of the package when shipping back to our company.)

If for any reason your transaction goes to a debt collection agency the following will apply:
All fees will be paid by the customer that fell into collections.
Interest on Debts (when no judgment exists)
Section 808(1) prohibits debt collectors from collecting any amount unless the amount is expressly authorized by the agreement creating the debt or is permitted by law. For purposes of this section, "amount" includes not only the debt, but also any incidental charges, such as collection [53 Fed. Reg. 50108] charges, interest, service charges, late fees, and bad check handling charges.
808(2) Legality of charges. A debt collector may attempt to collect a fee or charge in addition to the debt if either:
(a) the charge is expressly provided for in the contract creating the debt and the charge is not prohibited by state law, or
(b) the contract is silent but the charge is otherwise expressly permitted by state law.
Conversely, a debt collector may not collect an additional amount if either:
(a) state law expressly prohibits collection of the amount or
(b) the contract does not provide for collection of the amount and state law is silent.
808(3). If state law permits collection of reasonable fees, the reasonableness (and consequential legality) of these fees is determined by state law.
808(4). A debt collector may establish an "agreement" without a written contract. For example, he may collect a service charge on a dishonored check based on a posted sign on the merchant's premises allowing such a charge, if he can demonstrate that the consumer knew of the charge.
