Shipping Information:

We ship to worldwide destinations that include USA, Canada, Germany, UK, Australia and Japan. We DO NOT ship to any destinations in Africa.

Please contact us if your item is to be shipped to a Destination other than those listed above BEFORE you commit to a purchase.

Shipment is processed once payment has cleared. Orders are processed and shipped 1-2 business following receipt and clearing of payment. For orders placed after 12:00 noon EST., shipment will be processed the following business day.

Upon the processing of your shipment, A Confirmation email will be sent to you that will include a Tracking number, along with the details of your shipment (shipment date, etc.)

Combined Shipping:

We combine shipments to SAVE you on shipping for all your winnings.

We combine shipping if you purchase your items within 3 days from one another, and wait and pay for them together at once. We charge $4.99 for the shipping of first item inside the U.S. and $.99 for each additional item.

Once the items are paid together system will process them together, otherwise they are going to be processed separately.


Return Policy:

We sincerely thank you and appreciate your business. Our primary goal is to make you a satisfied customer. In the case that you are not satisfied with your item or simply would like to return it, Please see our return policy and additional information below.

    •  No restocking fee for a return item
    •  Your payment must have been received by its due date (7 days from the close of auction).
    •  he returned item must be in our possession within 30 days of the date you received it.
    •  Rings that were resized or engraved per your request cannot be returned
    •  Returned items must be in the original condition, not used or altered and should be returned with all original documents.
    •  All tags and inserts found on items must remain intact.
    •  Shipping cost are non refundable.
    •  International purchases are non returnable.
    •  Please allow 48 hours to process your return. We request and appreciate your patience.
    •  Abuse of our return policy will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests
        for excessive returns by a customer.
 

Exchange policy:

     •  Item can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery in original condition, not used or altered and should be returned
        with all original documents.
     •  Include a copy of the invoice and state the item number, size and the color you are requesting.
     •  If the item you are requesting to process your exchange for is of a different price, please sent us a paypal payment for
        the price difference.
        We are unable to process exchange requests for higher priced items if payment of the difference is not received.

After two consecutive reminders If payment is still not received within 15 days time Ebay will be notified.

We always try to ship with in 48 hours though in most cases packages get shipped within 24 hours time. In certain cases if we expect a delay we will notify you and keep you posted on the status of shipment.
