I own a small store front where I buy jewelry items from the public and recondition them to like new conditon and resell them at a fraction of retail prices. Our pieces are WAY UNDER WHOLESALE COST! We also carry new merchandise priced slightly above our actual cost! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and are customer oriented. We have flexible payment options and we discount shipping on auctions within two weeks of each other if asked. I always describe and show the items for what they really are. I dont want to waste your time or mine on returns. However, if an item is not what you had thought it to be I accept returns up to 14 days after purchase and refund the money 100% less shipping costs. I have a full time goldsmith on the premise that can resize rings, shorten chains, enlarge bails etc... usually the same day payment clears. We have 25 + years in the industry and know what we are doing.. We sell a variety of items, and only a fraction is listed on eBay, so if you are looking for something particular just ask, we might have it, and if we dont we can certainly find it.
