Gems
Heaven is a wholesale company based
in Chanthaburi. It is owned, and run
by European management. We have over
10 years experience in the gemstone
market and work close with suppliers
from all the major gem mining &
cutting centers in the world
including Africa, India, China and
Australia.
Customer Satisfaction is the main
priority for Gems Heaven. It is for
this reason we only deal in top
quality gemstones. We also have
highly experienced Customer Support
staff that is fluent in English,
Swedish, German and Thai. All emails
are replied to within 24-hours or
less.
Gems Heaven thrives on Customer
Feedback. We love to hear from our

questions, comments or suggestions,

Custom Fees
As
far as Gems Heaven are aware, there
is no import fee to the US for loose
gemstones. However, to ensure a
smooth transit to our customers we
mark all our parcels as ‘gifts’. We
can however not guarantee that you
will not be charged custom fees.
Please note that any potential
custom fees are your responsibility.

Payment Policy
We accept payment through
Paypal.com via by credit
cards (VISA, MasterCard and American
Express) as well as eCheck. We also
accept Western Union transfers
(please contact us for deails).
A payment invoice will be sent to
you via eBay within 24 hours
of the end of the auction. This
allows you to easily complete the
payment for your auction.
Sorry, but We Don't accept
money orders, cashier's checks or
personal checks.
All payments must be received within
7 days of the end of the auction.
If no payment is received, a non
paying bidders warning will be left.
Please don't bid if you don't intend
to follow through with your
commitment. Remember, a winning bid
is a legally binding contract.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is of the outmost
concern to us. Should a need arise
to return an item, we will be happy
to refund your purchase price less a
15% restocking fee (we cannot refund
the original shipping or return
shipping fee). Please
email us in advance to obtain an
RMA number (Return Merchandise
Authorization) and return
instructions. All items should be
returned within 7 days of receiving,
must be in their original condition
(not worn or altered).
Feedback Policy
We always leave reciprocal positive
feedback for our customers.
Please don't leave a neutral or
negative feedback before contacting
us. We are here for you and will
do whatever we can to resolve any
issue you may have. Should neutral
or negative feedback be left without
contacting us, then we will be
forced to leave reciprocal feedback
on your account.

Our
Customer Policies
We ship daily Monday through
Saturday, most times your order is
shipped the same day we receive
payment confirmation. All other
items are shipped the following day.
A shipment notification email will
be sent to you as soon as your
package has been shipped.
All the items are available in
stock; we don't "drop ship" any of
our merchandise.
We pack all items in attractive and
secure gemstone/jewelry boxes. This helps
to ensure that your items arrive
undamaged and as advertised.
We answer all emails within 24
hours, most emails are replied to
within a matter hours. Please take
into account the time difference
between Thailand and the US when you
are waiting for a reply. You can

Our Certified Gemologists inspects
all gemstones before we purchase
them. This ensures 100% accuracy in
