Ordering, shipping, payment and other details...

Our cd’s: Most of our genealogical material comes on computer cd-rom in .pdf format. All you need to use them is a computer with the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software, which is available for Windows or Mac. Please download the latest version here: (Adobe.com)

 

Payment: The quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay is via Paypal. We also accept money orders and personal checks, but these take longer to clear. All are examined for forgery and fraud will be prosecuted.

 

Shipping: We are happy to give shipping discounts! If you buy multiple items, you must pay for them together to get the discount. Just wait for us to send you a combined invoice before you pay. We are professional genealogists who spend a great deal of time looking for records, so sometimes orders can be a bit slow. But we try to get them right out. Please allow up to two weeks. If it doesn’t arrive, contact us BEFORE leaving feedback so we can fix it!

Neutral & Negative Feedback: PLEASE contact us FIRST and give us a chance to resolve any concern you have. Both neutral and negative feedback are VERY destructive to an ebay seller. Why hurt a seller who will do whatever it takes for you... just give us a chance!

 

Feedback Star Ratings: You may not know this, but ebay expects a Powerseller to keep a near perfect star rating! So please, unless there is a REALLY significant problem, be generous. If the shipping was reasonable (remember, the post office often is the slow one), give us five stars. Too many 4 star ratings will cause a seller to lose Powerseller benefits and pay higher fees. To keep our products inexpensive, we MUST maintain a near 5 star rating!

 

Hiring a professional: When you purchase a service you will receive an email requesting the information needed to complete the search. Please respond promptly and be patient because genealogical searches take time! We make no guarantees of results beyond what is clearly stated in the auction page.
