Payment Policy:
- Payment is expected within 10 days after
auction ends. Product availability not guaranteed after 10 days.
- All payment must include your Ebay ID, item number, your contact
and shipping address to identify your purchase and to avoid any delay
of your shipment.
- Paypal payments
are for U.S. customer only.
- All Paypal payment MUST have a Paypal
confirmed address, no exception.
- Only money order payments are accepted
for International Buyers.
Shipping Policy:
- All items will be shipped within
24-48 hours after payment is
received in full.
- Item will be shipped by UPS Ground or USPS
depends on the item size and destination. All HI, AK, VI, PR
orders will be shipped by USPS. All international orders other than Canada
will ship via USPS Airmail Parcel Post. We reserve the right to
choose the services.
- Delivery transit may take 1-7 days for
U.S. customers & 5-14 days for International shipment, depending on
destination.
- No tracking number can be provided for APO/FPO
and all international
buyers.
- Insurance is optional but highly
recommended for all
shipments in case of shipping damage, lost or stolen packages. We
will be responsible for any lost or damaged packages if no
insurance was purchased.
- Canada and ALL other international Shipping
Charges do not include any custom and brokerage fees. All shipments will
declare actual value of the product, we will NOT ship any packages
as Gifts, buyers are responsible for all custom and brokerage fees.
- Shipping/Handling is
non-refundable and non-negotiable under any circumstances.
- No pick up and COD services will be
provided.
- All Paypal payments will only ship
to U.S. Confirmed Address. All credit card payments will
only ship to Billing Address.
- Refused or undeliverable shipments
are not grounds for a refund. The shipment, if returned, will be
held until a $10 handling fee and funds to cover re-shipping are
secured. If an address change occurs during a UPS shipment,
through no fault of our own, we charge a $5 change of address fee
(this fee is charged to us by UPS).
Warranty & Return Policy:
- Since all sales are in auction
format, ALL AUCTION SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS are available, we
will only issue an exchange for defective items or incorrect items
shipped.
- Defective products need to be
reported within 7 days of the invoice date for replacement. No
return for exchange will be accepted after that.

We inspect our
products before shipping, please inspect your order upon receipt.
If damages are found, please notify shipping company and Genki
Tuning immediately. No
claims will be honored after 7 days of delivery.
- All returned items must be in
their original packaging or they would be considered unreliable or
cannot be resold even if installed. This includes, but is not
limited to, no signs of being installed or mounted, no cut wires,
no scratches. It is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or
installer to confirm the correctness of size and application
before installation.
- RMA
(Return-Merchandise-Authorization) number must be issued for all
return/exchange items, any return packages without a RMA number
will be send back to the customer.
- Absolutely no refund or exchange
on all electrical products.
- Professional installation for all items are
highly recommended. Buyer assumes all risk on shipment and usage. Item
is auctioned "as is", no warranty is expressed.
- Shipping & Handling Fees are
NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.
- We are only responsible for
one-way shipping & handling fees for any exchange. In the event of exchanging a defective product, we
will ship the replacement product to you free of charge.
- Any Duty / Custom Fee for
International buyers is not refundable under any circumstances,
customers are responsible for all Duty & Custom Fee.
- Wrong items ordered or bided are
subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Most items are only intended for show/static display vehicles or for
off-road racing vehicles. Please check with your local DMV concerning legality
within your state.
- We reserve the right to cancel bids from any bidder with a history of
negative feedback/Non-payment. We will utilize any and all services provided
to us regarding any act of fraud, non-payment, or bid shielding. Please only
bid if you intend to follow through with your purchase.
