Please make sure everything is up to date and accurate. If the zip code is off by one number, this will delay shipment. 
We must have the correct information or Shipping Label will not print.
As of October 20th 2008, Ebay No Longer allows Sellers to advertise any forms of money orders/cashiers checks as a form of payment.

We ship twice a Week

• Tuesdays and Fridays. Payments received between  6:01 pm pst on Thursdays to 6:00 pm pst on Mondays will be shipped with Tuesdays shipment. Payments received between 6:01 pm pst on Monday to 6:00 pm pst Thursday will be shipped with Fridays shipment. If a Holiday falls on one of the shipment days, orders will be shipped out on the next business day.

• We answer ALL Emails. We email directly to the Email address that is listed within the Email. If you email through Ebay and you choose to  hide your email address, we respond through Ebay.
  
  

• We let every Buyer know when Payment has been received and when Order has been Shipped. If mailing in payment these emails will go to directly to the email address that you have registered with Ebay. If you pay with Paypal, these emails will go the email address you paid with. The Payment Received Email includes the information as to when your item will be shipped. The Shipping Email lets you know your Item has been shipped with the Shipping Details. Check your Spam Folders for the Emails if you do not see them in your Inbox.
  
  

• Please Email us for the Combined S/H Invoice. We never know when a buyer is done picking out what they want. A simple email sent to us requesting the invoice will save you money. If you do not request an invoice, one will be sent at the end of the day.
  
  

• We reserve the right to combine separate transactions into one shipment. This is done only if we can insure the shipment. If you don't want this done, you must email us letting us know.
  
  

• Please send exact amount owed. If you don't send full payment, we will not ship. Please do not assume that we will cover any cost. If you overpay, you must contact us. Refund will be made.. If you don't email us before shipment, we reserve the right to use the overpay amount towards Insuring the shipment or upgrading to a faster method of Shipping. If you contact us after it has been shipped you will refunded less the cost of insurance or upgrade. Do not use checkout for each item purchased. We can not combine invoice for all items once you do that. Please send us an email with at least one item number and a request for a combined invoice.  
  
  

• WE DO NOT PICK UP PAYMENTS. PLEASE DO NOT SEND A MONEY GRAM. Payment must come directly to us! NO EXCEPTIONS!
  
  

• If Mailing in Payment. You must email us your Shipping Address or it will automatically be shipped to the Shipping Address you have Registered w/ Ebay. Please include the Item Number with the Payment. We have no way of knowing what the payment is for without that information. Please make sure to send exact amount owed. We do not cover any costs and we do not send change. An Invoice request is always best to make sure you send the correct amount. 
  
  

• Payment MUST be received within 14 days of auctions end. Non Paying Bidder will be filed if payment is not received. An Unpaid Item Dispute is opened on the 7th day as a Reminder. Please don't panic. It's just a reminder. It will be closed once payment is received. 
  
  

• Paypal Payments - We Ship to the Address you provide through Paypal Only. Please do not pay with one address and ask us to ship to another. Your Order will go to the Exact Address that you provide. Please make sure everything is up to date and accurate. If even the zip code is off by one number, we will not be able to ship.
  
  

• Lost or damaged items: If your INSURED order is lost or damaged in the mail, you MUST wait 30 days **. This is the Post Office's policy, not ours. After the 30 days we will fill out the forms and turn it in to the Post Office with copies of the insurance forms and receipts. Once we receive the funds from the post office, you will then be refunded. The Refund will be less the cost of S/H. Please remember we are not responsible for lost or damaged Uninsured orders. We will not replace the order or issue a refund if Insurance was not purchased. We will show proof of shipment. This is all we can do. Insurance is available to all buyers. ** note: International Claims may take quite a bit longer due to some countries having up to 90 days to respond to our claim. 
  
  

• Please bid on the Size you want. We do Not offer Size Choices. The Sizes are  clearly listed within each listing. If you need a Large please bid on Large. Do not bid on XL just because it may be cheaper than the Large. If you ask us to change the size, you will be charged the price that the size you are requesting is listed for. This is only if the price is higher. This is to detour buyers from trying to pull a fast one.  Also, if we ok a size change,  there will be a $1.00 fee if you request a size that there is only  one left of and it is listed. The fee is to cover our time in having to change the listing and our files.

Q: Do you accept Money Orders or Cashiers Checks? 
A: Yes, Ebay just no longer allows us to advertise this payment method. We recommend you send any mail in payment with some form of Signature Confirmation. This is up to you to do so. International Buyers, please view the International Page for the kinds of Money Orders accepted. 

Q: Is this Shirt Official?
A: Yes, All our prints are Officially Licensed. We deal directly with the Official Distributors and Licensed holders of the prints. 

Q: I need ___ Size and you never have it, Can you print one for me?
A: Sorry. We do not print the shirts ourselves. Our merchandise are from the Licensing Companies and we only get the sizes that they make available. 

Q: Is the print as big as it is on the photo within the Listing?
A: On some it may be Smaller or even Larger than what it appears in the photo. Keep in mind, if the Shirt is an XXL, the print will appear much smaller than it does on a Size Small. 

Q: Can I send a Money Gram or Money Transfer
A: No, We do not pick up payments. They Must be sent directly to us via a Mail Service or Paypal

Q: My Country is not on the Paypal List on your International Page, Does this mean I can't use Paypal?
A: Depends. If your country is one of the 190 Countries that Paypal accepts then we will accept Paypal. Some Countries may require Global Express. Email us before bidding. 

Q: Do You Combine Shipping?
A: Yes. You Must Email Us for the Invoice. If you do not email us, the invoice will be sent at the end of the day. 

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We ship twice a week. Tuesdays and Fridays only. Transit time depends on location and what s/h you paid for. 

Q: I bid on the wrong size shirt, Can I switch it to the size I need?
A: Sure, as long as we have them in stock. If the price of the size you need is listed at a higher price, you will have to pay that price. If it is the last one left in that size there is a $1.00 fee for us to change up the listing and our files. Email us to make sure we have the size you need in stock. If we do not have it in stock. You are welcome to wait for more to come in. But the payment still must be made within the 14 days.

• You Must Email us before Returning any Merchandise. Returns must be Approved by Us. 

• Approved Returns - Shirt must be returned to us within 14 days of the day you received it.  

• We are not responsible for Return Costs or Reship Costs unless we are at fault (i.e. wrong shirt, wrong size, misprint, etc..). 

• Shirt MUST be in the Plastic Bag with the sticker tag or we will not accept it back. 

• Shirt must come back to us as it was sent to you. Meaning: Never Washed, Never Worn, No Tobacco Smell, No Animal Smell, No Cologne/Perfume Smell, Deodorant Stains, etc... Must be Brand New as it is sent to you. No Exceptions. 

• Ship backs are checked in on weekends only. 

• Returns will be inspected upon return. We have the right to deny the return if the shirt does not fit our return criteria. If we ok a flat Return, you agree to a refund less, the s/h cost and a 15% restock fee.

• If Exchanging a shirt, the Other shirt must be Equal or Lesser Value.
