Wat is Gerrutcamaro.nl?
Gerrutcamaro.nl is een internetspeelgoedwinkel uit Assendelft die zich richt op verzamelaars, wij verkopen producten die niet altijd bij de gewone speelgoedwinkel te vinden zijn, nieuw, maar ook tweedehands.
Hoe lang duurt de verzending en wat kost het?
Wij verzenden de producten normaal binnen 48 uur na ontvangst van de volledige betaling, wij verzenden alleen op werkdagen. Verzending binnen Nederland kost €6,95 ongeacht de hoeveelheid producten, verzekering inbegrepen. De levering door TNT post duurt normaal 1 a 2 werkdagen.
Kan ik mijn aankoop ook afhalen?
Ja, afhalen op afspraak op het filiaal in Assendelft is mogelijk.
Hoe kan ik voor mijn aankoop betalen?
Bankoverschrijvingen, contant op locatie en Paypal ( www.paypal.com ) zijn de enige geaccepteerde betaalwijzen, pinnen en Ideal zijn op dit moment nog niet mogelijk. De betaling dient volledig ontvangen te zijn voordat het product verzonden wordt.
Zit er garantie op mijn aankoop?
Ja, op alle producten (en de levering) zit garantie, indien er een fout is gemaakt met uw aankoop of als het product beschadigd is dan kunt u het product retourneren. Indien mogelijk zal het product vervangen worden of het aankoopbedrag zal gecrediteerd worden.
Kan ik mijn aankoop ruilen?
Ja, als het product nog in dezelfde staat is als toen het geleverd werd kan het product geruild worden, dit dient te gebeuren binnen 7 dagen na levering. Verzending gebeurt op kosten van de koper.
Als een product in de verpakking zit, is het dan nieuw?
Niet perse, er zijn ook tweedehands producten waar de originele verpakking nog bij zit, er staat bovenaan de beschrijving altijd of het om een nieuw of tweedehands product gaat.

Wat is een pre order?
Een pre order is een aanbieding waarbij u de mogelijkheid heeft om vooruit een product te reserveren. Dit product zal op een later tijdstip uitgebracht worden en op deze manier maakt u de meeste kans op een exemplaar.
Ik heb een waardebon gekregen, wat nu? U kunt de waardebon gebruiken voor het betalen van uw aankoop op Gerrutcamaro.nl, nadat u een artikel heeft uitgezocht, gaat u naar de winkelwagen, u selecteert eerst uw betaalwijze, daarna heeft u mogelijkheid de kortingscode in te voeren, druk daarna op “bereken korting” en de korting zal worden toegepast.
Waardebonnen van Gerrutcamaro.nl kunnen eenmaal gebruikt worden en zijn onbeperkt geldig.

How do I pay for my purchase?
Accepted payment methods are: Paypal, bank transfers by IBAN & BIC codes (European only) and well hidden cash euros by mail, please understand that sending cash by mail is completely at your own risk and registered mail is advised, please, no other currencies the euros. Checks and money orders are NOT accepted because they cannot be cashed around here.
Does my product have a warrantee?
Yes, all products have a warrantee and the shipment of your product has insurance. Please contact me at gerrut1979@hotmail.com if there is any problem with your product and suitable arrangements will be made.
Is it possible to exchange my purchase?
Yes, exchange for an other product is possible, but please bear in mind that shipping is at the buyer’s expense.
Are all the boxed items new?
Not necessarily, some products are second hand but still have their original packaging, please refer to the item’s description for the condition of the product.

What is a pre order?
A pre order is a way to order a product before it is released. This way you will have the most chance to obtain the product, we cannot guarantee that every item that is on pre order will become available through regular sale. Usually, a pre order requires no (partial) payment in advance, but exceptions could exist.
I’ve received a “waardebon”, what is it and what can i do with it?
A “waardebon” is a gift certificate, if you have received one from Gerrutcamaro.nl you can use it to pay for any item sold on Gerrutcamaro.nl for the value mentioned on the gift certificate.If you want to use your gift certificate and are unfamiliar with the Dutch language, please contact me with your order and the code on the certificate and I’ll place the order for you.
