Who is Gertie?

Well, Gertie is my husband's pet name for me. Don't know where he came up with the name, but from gerties on E-Bay, I am now Granni Gert to our 4 wonderful grandchildren. We have been selling on E-Bay for about 6 years. I left an elected office in 2002 to pursue my love of junk and now devote all my time to our booths in 2 different antique malls and, of course, selling on E-Bay. We are parents to 2 great sons. Our oldest is in the Air Force and our youngest lives and works in Columbia. We have been collectors for years and we love auctions and estate sales---but you can only collect so much then some of it has to go! That's when we ventured into E-Bay---it's fun, fun, fun!
