Auction and Buy It Now Transactions:  I accept PayPal only at this time. It's FAST, SIMPLE & SAFE. If you prefer another method of payment, contact me and we can discuss it. Unless a prior arrangement has been made, I require payment within 72 hours/3 days of the end of the auction. If payment is not made within 7 days I will send a courtesy non paying bibber reminder. After 8 days the item may be relisted. A non paying bidder strike may be issued by ebaY.

Shipping: I ship using the USPS. I ship on Monday, Wednesday & Friday (excluding holidays). All purchases paid for by 6 P.M. Pacific Standard Time the evening before a scheduled shipment will go out on the next scheduled shipping day. I.E. - If you pay for an item on Tuesday at 5:30 P.M PST it will be mailed on the Wednesday shipment. I reserve the right to miss a scheduled shipment in the event of an unforseen emergency or illness. (I haven't missed on yet !!) I take care to pack your items so that they arrive to you in perfect condition. Every parcel I ship receives a tracking number. I send every U.S. shipment with delivery confirmation FREE regardless of postage level. I do offer and encourage insurance on your purchase as I am not resposible for lost, damaged or deliquent items once I have delivered them to the Post Office. I keep all my USPS receipets & tracking numbers so I have proof of shipments available should a problem arrise. 

Combined Shipping: U.S. clothing items are the highest priced auction shipping charge plus an additional $2.50 for each added clothing item. International is an additional $4.50 charge per clothing item. For non clothing items, please contact me for a rate.

Returns: Due to the auction nature of this business all sales are final. I am not accepting returns or issuing refunds or exchanges at this time. I will not refund shipping fees. In the case of a GROSS error on my part I ask that you please contact me immediately upon arrival of your purchase if you have a problem before leaving feedback so that we can resolve the problem with a mutually beneficial solution. I have went above & beyond to fix problems in the past and I am more then fair. I am however, not able to refund shipping fees for International items regardless of circumstance.

Pre Owned Items: I do, on occasion, list items that are not new and they will be clearly listed as such. Some items may be gently used or worn once. Maybe the tags are removed and items are hung up to never be worn, etc... Items are always represented as honestly as possible. I am human and I could miss something but I am pretty meticulous so be comfortable bidding on pre owned items at my auctions. I have received only possitive feedback on every single one of my pre owned auctions.

Contact: I strive to offer great customer service & will answer all inquiries as soon as possible. I check for questions on a daily basis and I will respond in a timely fashion. Please be patient as I may not be available to respond at all hours of the day.

Personal Information

I am a wife, mother and proud cancer survivor. Since my cancer treatments I have become a full time stay at home mom. It has been a challenge loosing my full time income and I am grateful to be able to help my family by selling on ebay. I strive to give great service and every positive feedback makes my day.
