Below are just a
brief overview of the terms and conditions and how the vouchers work.
- Vouchers
are for two(2) people sharing a cabin. If only one person is traveling
there is no refund offered or option to split.
Unfortunately cruise companies charge a surcharge for single occupancy,
which makes the cost to us more or less the same as double occupancy.
- The cabins on most offers are surplus group
space and number of cabins are limited. No partial refund given for a voucher under any circumstances for
instance when a voucher is redeem on a lesser value category. For
example, using a Diamond voucher to purchase a Platinum cruise.
- Cruise offers published on the website are updated on a weekly basis
and during that week an offer can become sold out and we are not in any
way responsible if this occurs. All offers
are limited to a maximum of 2 cabins per voucher holder/Household/Family
unless specifically agreed beforehand by Cruisedirect UK Ltd/Cruisevoucher
staff. Holders of multiple vouchers
may only book one(1) offer every 30 days regardless of number of cabins
agreed on said offer.
- Popular destinations, such as
Alaskan, Transatlantic and Disney Cruises will be limited to 1 cabin per voucher holder/Household/Family unless
specifically agreed beforehand by Cruise direct UK Ltd/Cruisevoucher
staff.
- Unless otherwise stated, all
Gold/Platinum/Diamond voucher offers are for Inside Cabins. All Cruises are on a cruise
only basis. No air fares or transportation to/from
embarkation/disembarkation ports is included. .Passengers are free to
make their own arrangements.
- Vouchers are non-refundable
once purchased. Unused Vouchers are
transferable for a service/shipping charge, once transferred the
original expiration date is still in effect and cannot be extended.

Q. Can People from other
Countries besides UK use vouchers?
A. Yes. We have sold hundreds
of vouchers to travelers all over the world and are happy to deal with

Q. I Have seen your Diamond
offers, do you auction Diamond vouchers?
A. We sometimes auction Diamond vouchers, but if
you win two(2) Platinum vouchers on eBay; they maybe redeemed for one(1)
Diamond voucher.
Q. Is Airfare to and from
Embarkation/Disembarkation ports included or Transportation?
A. All offers are for the
cruise only. You are free to make your own travel arrangements for
getting to and from the ports.
