It is usually stated in our listing that "there are no returns", but if for some reason anyone feels we have misrepresented any item (we try to state all defects as well as highlights when listing an item - but on occasion miss seeing a flaw), we are willing to negotiate a settlement as long as any concerns are brought to our attention prior to feedback being left. It is often difficult to order items from only pictures and our listings can be subjective and we know you want all the information you can get on an item before buying, so we encourage and welcome email questions and we will answer as honestly and quickly as we can and send additional pictures whenever anyone isn't sure of the condition of an item. We also love hearing from the eBay community whenever someone has interesting tips, comments, backgrounds, or knowledge that may be helpful in the descriptions on our listings. We have found that the eBay community is very knowledgeable and willing to help in many areas and we have learned a lot from our experiences through selling. It is always fun to hear little stories from our customers about themselves or the items they are bidding on.

We like to answer all email requests within a day of receipt (and sometimes within hours or minutes of receiving a question), so if you try to contact us and have not heard back, it may be because we are experiencing problems with our email provider so try again. We had one situation where none of our emails were being received by the person we had sold something to and we ended up getting a negative feedback even though we had made several attempts to send several emails that just never made it to their site. We are happy to provide additional pictures or descriptions when requested.
