Carriers
We ship with either USPS which includes
a Delivery Confirmation Number*, or DHL/UPS which
includes a Tracking Number.
*A Delivery confirmation number is not the same as a tracking number. Delivery confirmation will not likely appear in the USPS database until your package has already been delivered to your door. |

Returns Must Be Received Unopened and in their Original Condition |

All returns must be Authorized prior to Shipping
All returns must be accompanied by a Returned Merchandise Authorization ( RMA ) number. To obtain an RMA # you must email us prior to shipping your item. Refunds will be administered at our discretion and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Packages received without an RMA # written on the outside of the package will be refused.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of all shipping costs during the course of your transaction.

Shipping Insurance
All of our merchandise is carefully inspected and packaged prior to leaving our warehouse. In the case that your package arrives damaged please email us within 48 hours. We may be able to assist you in seeking vengeance against your shipping carrier, provided you have purchased insurance for your package. |

We are a high volume retailer and although we try to respond to queries as quickly as possible our response times will vary according to volume. |
