We accept payment by PayPal only. You may use your credit card with PayPal.
Shipping
Each item is carefully packaged using only new shipping supplies. All orders received before 2:00pm (14:00) ET will be shipped on the same day. Orders received on the week-end or during a holiday will be shipped on the following business day.
Up to three different shipping options will be offered for you to pick from. If you cannot find a shipping service that is suitable for you, please email us at customerservice@giell.com.
If you ordered multiple items, they will be combined in a single shipment, unless the items cannot physically be packaged together.
Shipping charges for combined items will be the most expensive shipping charge for the first item, and the additional shipping charge for each other item. Shipping charge will not exceed $7.95 for orders shipping to the continental USA.
Checkout
You can purchase one or several items from our eBay store or eBay listings prior to entering checkout.
Once your purchases are completed and you are ready for payment, simply use the Pay Now button within eBay. You will then be redirected to PayPal where you can simply follow the instructions provided.

Returns
At Giell, we are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy.
Returns will be accepted up to 10 days after you receive your order for an exchange or a refund.
IMPORTANT: Prior to returning a product you must contact us at customerservice@giell.com to obtain a RMA (return of merchandise authorization) number.
Upon receiving your request we will provide you with detailed instructions.
