Q: How fast do you ship?
A: I ship 1-3 days from payment received. (Monday tru Friday )
Q: How do I know that you've shipped my package?
A: All customers are sent an email with tracking number with a link in which they can click or can enter directly on USPS.com website, check your SPAM filter, and make sure eBay has your correct email address on file.
Q: How long will it take my package to arrive via Media Mail, Parcel Post, 1st Class, Priority Mail or Airmail?
A: Media Mail can take from 4-14 days, Parcel from 5-14 days, 1st Class from 3-5 days, Priority Mail 2-3 days.
Q: Your auction says "Shipping Insurance Optional" - What does that mean?
A: Shipping insurance reimburses your loss if the item is lost, stolen or damaged in shipping. I always offer optional insurance. Note: I use Auctiva insurance, so it won show in the shipping label, so far it's been working just fine, so don't worry your package will be cover 100%. Once item is shipped – I will not be responsible for the lost, stolen or damage package by USPS during shipping.
Q: What form of payment do you accept?
A: I ONLY accept Paypal. Thanks!
Q: Do you offer local pickups.
A: Sorry, I do not offer local pickup even if you live in the same town. Note: According to PAYPAL, local Pickups cannot be proven as DELIVERED. PAYPAL seller protection requires a tracking number that states that The item has been “DELIVERED”.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Payment is due within 3 days of your 1st auction win.
Q. Do you offer Shipping Discount in Combine Items?
A: Yes! contact me for S&H for EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM ON COMBINED ORDERS PAID TOGETHER (Within a 3 day period ending of one and other). Please read all the terms before biding in the description. Please contact me for a final invoice if you have purchased more than one item from my auctions in a period of 3 DAYS ONLY.

Q. Why did you file an Unpaid Item Remider Dispute against me?
A: I always try my best to work with all my customers. If after I send you one invoice and one email requesting payment and more than 7 days have passed, and I don't get any respond from you, or you just change your mind with not reason I will file an Unpaid Item Dispute against you with EBAY. |
