We do our best to provide complete and accurate descriptions for every rosary and chaplet we make.
None of our handmade rosaries have been blessed by an ordained priest or other official of the church.
We highly recommend that you take your rosary to your local Parish to be blessed when you receive it.
The blessing isn't long or complicated but it will have much more meaning for your and your loved ones
if your local minister blesses it for you. Blessed or not, please treat your rosary with reverence and respect.
Structurally, it is only a way to count prayers. Beyond that, it is a very special means for us to express our Faith.

Payment
Paypal is preferred. Other acceptable forms are Money Orders or Cashier's Checks issued in US funds.
Paypal is required for all international transactions. Payment in any form must be received within seven days from the end of each transaction.

Personal checks in US Funds are not a preferred form of payment. Please contact us for approval before you send a personal check. The waiting period for personal checks to clear both our bank and yours may take 30 days or more due to various bank policies. This delay is unnecessary. Most banks issue checking account debit cards for instant transfer of funds, which can be used with Paypal so your purchase can be processed right away.

Shipping
The US Postal Service is used by default for all shipments. We offer shipping discounts on multiple items purchased at the same time.
Your purchase will always be packaged and shipped within 24 hours of payment.
(Excluding Sundays and Holidays when the Post Office is closed)
If you need overnight delivery via one day Express Mail please let us know prior to making payment.
We will send an updated invoice to your email inbox with corrected shipping charges applied.
Postal insurance or delivery confirmation costs are included in the shipping amounts for all domestic parcels.
These services will be applied at the discretion of the seller based on the total amount of transaction.
Insurance and parcel tracking are not available for international transactions.

Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be returned in undamaged condition. Please include the item number, date of purchase and amount paid for each item returned to ensure proper credit. Refunds apply only to the purchase price. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Feedback
Once payment is received, our part of the transaction is fulfilled and feedback will be posted for you. Please wait until you have received and inspected your items before posting feedback for us. If you find any problems or issues that need to be resolved, please contact us before you consider posting negative feedback. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve any problems you may have with your order.
