About Babies Unlimited

This store was initially created with the new moms in mind. We understand how difficult it is for new moms to get around with an infant, especially when assistance is not available. With the ever-soaring gasoline prices, it makes even more sense to shop for that something specific you need right at the comfort of your home. Currently our store has over 600 items from baby and toddler products to gift items for different Holidays and occasions. You can find popular cartoon characters at reasonable prices. We also welcome bulk orders and special requests. So don’t forget to subscribe to our newsletter for updates and upcoming promotions. Read our feedbacks and shop with confidence. How can I pay for my order?

We accept money order, cashier’s check, and PayPal. Payment mailing address and email address will appear on invoice sent via eBay.

Shipping

We ship to any address within the U.S and U.S. Territories ONLY. Signature upon delivery is required for all shipments over $100. Insurance is required for order with Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska shipping addresses.NO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE.

How are items shipped?

We use a variety of carriers. Although it is not possible for you to select a preferred carrier, you may specify a time frame during Check-Out. We will select one who can deliver your order within the time frame you specified. If Check-Out is not completed, we will try to offer you at least two shipping options.

Tips on shipping items to an APO or FPO address

  • City field: Enter "APO" or "FPO."
  • State/Province/Region field: Use "AE" if the recipient is stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East. Use "AA" if the recipient is stationed in the Americas. Use "AP" if the recipient is stationed in Asia or the Pacific.
  • Country field: Always use "United States" regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
  • Delivery Time

    Your shipping and delivery date depend on the availability of your item(s) and the shipping option you choose. Item availability is usually indicated in description. Items are usually shipped 1-2 days after payment clears. Delivery date can be estimated by adding 1-2 days to the transit time given below:

    Return Policy

  • Refunds are permitted within 30 days of purchase. All sales final after 30 days.
  • Before returning any merchandise, you must contact us to report your reason and request for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Customer is responsible for the shipping charge incurred to return the merchandise to us and we are responsible for the shipping charge for the replacement product returned to the customer.
  • If merchandise is returned without a RMA number, shipping charge for replacement product returned to customer will be customer’s responsibility.
  • We charge a 15% restocking fee when indefective merchandise is returned.
  • If the defect is caused by customer's improper usage and/or packaging, we charge an inspection fee of 15%~30% of the product’s value and customer is responsible for the shipping charged to return the product back to the customer.

    Refund Policy

  • Refund is available for customer who has been qualified through the merchandise return policy and if the condition does not allow replace with a similar product for customer.

    Q: Can the S&H be lowered?

    A: S&H are set by Marketing Department and is not negotiable.


    Q: Why I did not received reply from you?

    A: Emails are replied ASAP. If you did not hear from us, either your email did not get through to us or your email provider is not accepting our email.


    Q: What would my S&H be?

    A: Whenever applicable, combined S&H will be calculated by summing the highest 1st item S&H and the Additional S&H for each of the rest of the items. Please read the terms for each listing carefully as combined S&H does not apply to all listings. We will gladly quote you if you email us your shopping list with item#.


    Q: Why my Paypal payment would not go through?

    A: Please make sure that the following requirements are met:
    1. US Paypal account with confirmed US shipping address

    2. Fund is in US dollar

    International orders and orders to be shipped to an address other than the confirmed address provided by Paypal MUST pay via money order.


    Q: My item(s) arrived damaged. What do I do next?

    A: Buyer is responsible for requesting and purchasing insurance. If insurance was purchased, we will gladly assit you file a claim with the carrier. (1) Leave damaged item(s) in their original packaging whenever applicable. (2) Take picture of the box and the damaged item(s) and submit via email along with an explanation of the situation. If insurance is not purchased, buyer assumes the consequences of lost or damaged package. All the items are packed carefully, but the way packages are handled by the carrier is out of our control.
