Q: Can the S&H be lowered?
A: S&H are set by Marketing Department and is not negotiable.
Q: Why I did not received reply from you?
A: Emails are replied ASAP. If you did not hear from us, either your email did not get through to us or your email provider is not accepting our email.
Q: What would my S&H be?
A: Whenever applicable, combined S&H will be calculated by summing the highest 1st item S&H and the Additional S&H for each of the rest of the items. Please read the terms for each listing carefully as combined S&H does not apply to all listings. We will gladly quote you if you email us your shopping list with item#.
Q: Why my Paypal payment would not go through?
A: Please make sure that the following requirements are met:
1. US Paypal account with confirmed US shipping address
2. Fund is in US dollar
International orders and orders to be shipped to an address other than the confirmed address provided by Paypal MUST pay via money order.
Q: My item(s) arrived damaged. What do I do next?
A: Buyer is responsible for requesting and purchasing insurance. If insurance was purchased, we will gladly assit you file a claim with the carrier. (1) Leave damaged item(s) in their original packaging whenever applicable. (2) Take picture of the box and the damaged item(s) and submit via email along with an explanation of the situation. If insurance is not purchased, buyer assumes the consequences of lost or damaged package. All the items are packed carefully, but the way packages are handled by the carrier is out of our control.
