Thank you for stopping by my store and giving me the opportunity to share with you a little about myself.  I am a mother of 2 beautiful girls that keep me going constantly.  I started selling modular Italian Charms on eBay just over 2 years ago.  A short while after I got started with that I added the European Beads to my store.  A lot of people ask me where did you come up with the name "Giliena's"?  Well, I love to play video games both online and off.  I came across this name while playing many years ago and it has just stuck with me.  You can also find me out on the web at Giliena’s Italian Charms and European Beads.

Why Italian Charms?

Well, when I was just getting started I was looking for items to sell on eBay.  I came across the modular italian charms and was not really sure what they were all about.  So, I purchased several of them myself and thought "WOW! These are really cool".  I love them a lot and really do enjoy selling them to others.  They are such a great way to make a bracelet that is personalized and special for you.  I have several bracelets myself.  I love coming up with new cool ideas for them.  One has names of family members (even my pets) as well as their birthstones.  Another I have has charms for various places that I have visited.  They really are just a great way to create your own unqiue piece of fashion jewelry.  All of the items I sell are high quality.  The charms are made of stainless steel and are soldered and not glued.

Why European Beads?

These I happened to stumble onto a couple of months after I opened my eBay store and started selling the charms.  Like the charms, I was not sure so I purchased a few from various people.  I fell in love with them and knew they would make a great addition to my current inventory.  I have several different styles and colors available.  I have sterling silver beads and lampwork glass beads available.  I now carry the sterling silver bracelet to go with them.  For the most part my glass beads have a sterling silver core.  Several have a solid sterling core as opposed to a double core.  I also have some items available that are made of a less expensive silver plated pewter.  All of my auctions are clearly marked so there should be no issue figuring out which is which.

I stand behind all of the items that I sell.  As I stated, I sell high quality items however there are times when we come across one that just is not right.  I try to weed these out before they even get sent out but sometimes things happen.  My goal is to make sure you are happy with the items you have purchased from me.  If you ever find yourself faced with a problem with any of my items please just send me an email.  I am an extremely easy person to deal with and strive to keep my customers happy.  I would love the opportunity to work with you towards a resolution to any problem.
