I have pretty simple rules. Payment within 10 days is expected. If you are going to take longer than that, please email me and let me know. I'm happy to hold the item longer if I'm kept informed- otherwise I will make use of Ebay's non-paying bidder reporting process. So, don't bid if you aren't serious and don't intend to pay. I have to pay fees to list the item, at the end of the auction, and to accept paypal - and it takes time and effort to find the items, clean them, list them, and ship them to you, while attempting to stay organized in the process. :-) It's not big business, but it's not a game, either, and I expect you to take it as seriously as I do. I also make use of the feedback venue.

My "rules":
* I usually wait for Ebay's email confirming the end of auction before I email winners. Please feel free to email me before that and include your name and shipping address. This will speed things up if you are in a hurry. I need it to determine shipping on heavier items, and it allows me to get the item ready to ship. I like to have the shipping address confirmed. If you need to change the ship-to address after sending payment, notify me by email, please. I make it a point to email everyone within 3 days of the end of auction, so if you don't hear from me, let me know--my email may not have gotten through! Please email me back within 3 days. If I don't hear from you, I may re-list the item without notice and leave appropriate feedback for you. I hate it when that happens!
* Shipping will be stated in the listing.
* If you choose to waive insurance, I will not provide refunds if the package is lost or damaged. I know I mailed the item, but there is no way for you to prove it didn't show up, so this is protection for both of us.
* If an insured item is damaged, you need to let me know within 3 days of receiving it. You must retain the packaging materials and the damaged item. I will help with filing a USPS claim as best I can. It is your job to start the process--ask for a Form 1000 at your local post office. It is a one-page form, and rather easy to fill out. You will need to have the insurance receipt (which I will send to you) and a copy of your payment. If you email me and don't get a reply within 24 hours, please try again. I may have missed your email, or it might not have made it.
* I am happy to combine shipping charges on many items if you win more than one item, even if the auctions end a few days apart.
* If you have ordered PLANTs from me, please realize that I cannot provide an unconditional guarantee that they will all grow in your yard. I do my best to package and ship live plants immediately, but I cannot control when you plant, how you water, etc. I will work with you the best I can, including shipping on particular days to fit your schedule. I have sold literally thousands of plants, I have repeat customers, I'm a good egg :) If you have trouble with the plants, please let me know, but I can't promise you a green thumb in the package!
* Also, since most of the items I send out have tracking numbers, please don't try to tell me you want a refund and that you never received the item. Take it up with your postman if you think he swiped it!
* I shouldn't have to beg for payment. If you bid, I'm assuming you want the item, and I will expect you to follow my guidelines. If you don't really want it, then don't bid--it's that easy! I'm easy to get along with, too. If you have a problem paying after you've bid, and it sounds legitimate to me, we can work something out. But I've had several people give me sob stories, only to find they are still bidding on other items and spending a lot of money. I do check your bidding history, so keep that in mind if you plan to tell me a story.
:-)
I know this page is rather long, but I feel it's important for both of us to start off the transaction on the same level of understanding. I've sold many items on Ebay, and most auctions have gone smoothly. My positive feedback rating is a testament to that - lets keep things positive! Ebay is a lot of fun, and I'd like to keep it that way!

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.
Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
